1. Acceptance of terms
By placing an order on ExisDeals (exisdeals.in), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. What we sell
ExisDeals resells legitimate digital software subscriptions, coupons and account access. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the platforms whose products we sell.
3. Orders and delivery
Orders are placed through WhatsApp. After payment confirmation, credentials or activation details are delivered to the WhatsApp number you provided. Delivery is typically completed within a few minutes to a few hours during business hours.
4. Warranty and replacement
Every subscription includes a full-duration replacement warranty. If the account or coupon stops working due to an issue on our end during the active plan period, we will repair or replace it free of charge. Report issues on WhatsApp for fastest support.
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. Digital products that have been delivered and accessed are generally not eligible for return unless a verified issue cannot be resolved.
6. Prohibited use
You may not share, resell, reverse-engineer, abuse or use our products for illegal purposes. Misuse may void your warranty and any replacement eligibility.
7. Limitation of liability
ExisDeals is liable only up to the amount paid for the specific order. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from platform changes, account suspension by the original service provider, or misuse.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
