Return & Refund Policy

ExisDeals supplies digital software subscriptions and account credentials. Because these are intangible, instantly-delivered digital goods, they are generally not eligible for return once delivered and accessed.

Every subscription comes with a full-duration replacement warranty. If your account stops working at any point within the plan duration due to an issue on our end, we will repair or replace it free of charge, usually within 2–24 hours of you reporting it on WhatsApp.

You are eligible for a 100% refund if:

• We fail to deliver your order within 24 hours of payment confirmation
• The product is permanently out of stock and we cannot fulfil a working replacement
• The account stops working and we are unable to repair or replace it within 72 hours of you reporting the issue

• Change of mind after the account has been delivered and accessed
• Violation of usage rules (sharing credentials publicly, changing the password, signing in from too many devices, or any abuse of the account)
• Issues caused by the upstream platform (e.g., regional restrictions, platform-wide policy changes) where a working replacement has been offered
• Partial refund requests for time already used on a working subscription

Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method (UPI / bank) within 3–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation message once the refund has been initiated from our side.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before delivery. Once the credentials have been shared on WhatsApp, the order is treated as fulfilled and the standard refund rules above apply.
