ExisDeals (exisdeals.in) is an Indian reseller of legitimate digital software subscriptions, operated independently. We are committed to protecting your personal information.
2. Information we collect
- WhatsApp number used to place your order
- Order details (product, plan duration, payment confirmation)
- Optional email address if you request invoices or account access via email
We do not collect Aadhaar, PAN, or any government ID.
3. How we use your information
- To deliver the subscription you ordered
- To provide warranty replacements and customer support
- To send order updates and (only if you opt in) future offers
4. Payment information
All payments happen directly between you and your UPI / bank app. We never store your card numbers, UPI PIN, or bank credentials.
5. Sharing of information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party. Information may be shared only:
- With the upstream subscription provider, where strictly required to provision your account
- If required by Indian law or a valid legal request
6. Data retention
Order records are retained for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months for warranty and tax purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp.
7. Security
Order communication happens over WhatsApp's end-to-end encrypted channel. Internal records are stored on access-controlled cloud systems.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, send a request on WhatsApp.
9. Children's privacy
Our services are intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
